My 1st 3 Weeks with my 3 Boys

The past few weeks have been great and I'm so happy that 1. Cayden is a healthy and happy little boy, and he's just perfect, 2. I'm not pregnant anymore! 3. it's summertime, and we're enjoying this gorgeous weather. We're adjusting from just chasing the two boys around to caring for 3 and things take a little longer and there's a little more packing wherever we go, but I don't think we could be any happier and we're just so grateful that Cayden is here with us and part of the family. So here's what we've been up to these past 3 weeks:

Fun in the sun: we had some of the neigborhood kids over to play in the backyard and have some BBQ'd hotdogs. And we got to relax and soak up a little sunshine while all the kids ran around and played.

Wheeler Farms: We've been loving this weather and I thought it would be fun to have a pic-nic and feed the ducks up at Wheeler Farms. Jared's mom, dad, and his sister, Jennifer and her little boy, Zaden joined us.

BASEBALL!!
Jordan had his last game of baseball and the whole team got t-shirts and trophies. I didn't realize how much Jordan would like his trophie (it goes to bed with him each night). And of course Jordan's two little brothers were there to cheer him on :-)

Noah, Jordan, and Jackson (aka: the Three Musketeers) these boys have so much fun together. After each game they chase each other around and play tackle for a while before we head home.

Jordan, Jackson, and Austin swimming at the pool:

BBQ at the Beechers; Jackie and Ryan Beecher invite all of our old ward friends over for a BBQ each year and it's so fun to see everyone and catch up.

Jordan, Austin, and the tonka trucks! These two boys will chase each other around the yard with their tonka trucks until they're out of breath and sweating. It's the funniest thing to watch. They'll run and run and then crash, hit the ground and lay there to catch their breath, hop back up and do it again.

Boondocks:
My little angel Cayden:

Danny, Emily, and the twin girls came over and treated us to a delicious dinner - what a treat! The kids had fun playing around in the backyard.

On Father's Day we went over to see Jared's mom and dad; the weather was so nice so we just sat outside and let the kids run around for a while.

Jordan and Austin were out playing in the backyard and I had to step inside to feed the baby. I was sitting by the kitchen window and I could hear their voices but couldn't see what they were doing because they went behind the storage shed. I didn't realize there was a huge mud puddle back there because of all the rain. They drove their tonka trucks back there and were running back and forth in the mud; good times for the boys and lots of muddy laundry for mom.

We were on our way home one evening right after a rainstorm. The sun decided to come out for a few minutes and we got to see the most beautiful rainbow; the colors were so vivid and bright. It was so cool because the rainbow went right over the Draper Temple.

Our family went to Park City for the day; we had lunch at Baja Cantina (our favorite PC spot) and then we went on some of the kiddie rides.

Cayden James Larson is here!!!

Our little baby boy was born at 6:32 Sunday morning and we're all so very happy that he's here with us and a part of our family. I started having contractions around 2:30 Sunday morning and we got to the hospital around 3:30, and he was here just about 3 hours later. This one wasn't as fast as my last delivery, but my labors seem to come on fast and before we know it we have a baby in our arms. Everyone went so smoothly and little Cayden was born without a glitch. He's a beautiful little boy and we're just so thrilled that he's here! Here's some pictures of our little angel:

Here's some pictures of our little gang:

Jodi and Brad Cahoon came to see Cayden and they brought us some yummy cookies. We love our neighbors!
My sweet cousins, Tiffany and Sommer came to see us at the hospital. My Aunt Laurie came to see us,too; what a treat. Just a few more weeks and Tiff's little bundle will be here (can't wait!!).
Wendy was "on call" the night we left to go to the hospital. I called her at about 2:30 and she hurried on over to our house to watch our boys while we were gone. She's such a life-saver and we're so lucky that Aunt Wee is so involved with us and our kids. We love you Wendy!!
Grandma and Grandpa Larson came to see the newest little grandson and our other two boys:

My good friend, Emily Kooyman:
Lanae and Cayden, Heather, Tammi, and Haylee (girls from my neighborhood); they all treated me and brought in Rumbi Grill - delicious!

Today was our 2nd day home with little Cayden and all is well. He's such a sweet little boy and we're all enjoying having him here. Austin is infatuated with him and always likes to point and say, "ba-ba" and he gives him kisses on the forehead. It's quite endearing! Jordan has never been overly affectionate and he's not really into giving out hugs and kisses. But he does seem to like his new baby brother and he likes to know where Cayden is; he'll ask me, "where's my brother?".. "oh, there he is." When I was in the hospital Jared was home bathing the kids and Jordan was telling him that he (Jordan) will sit here, Austin will sit here, and the baby will sit in the middle of the tub.
I'm so happy we're all home and I'm so happy Cayden is home with us. I'm such a lucky mom; I have 3 beautiful little boys that I just love having as my children, and a very loving and supportive hubby who is the best daddy to these boys. I couldn't ask for anything more.
