Happy New Year!

We finally took the Christmas Tree down (much sadness!), celebrated New Year's Eve, went to St. George for a few days, and now it's time to sit down and write down our New Year's resolutions, set some goals, and get ready to dive into this new year. We have a lot we want to do this year and I know it's going to be a great year. So here's what we've been up to so far:
New Year's Eve (Day)
Uncle Layne, Aunt Diane, and all the kids went bowling New Year's Day; it was fun to see everyone and Aunt Diane brought some bubblies so we could toast to the New Year:

New Year's Eve (Night)
We went out with Matt & Jeannie Machon to celebrate NYE and Jackson got to come over and have a "sleep over" at our house. We all went to dinner @ Tepanyaki Steakhouse and then we went out to celebrate the New Year (and we got to watch the countdown downtown) for the first time.

St. George
Right after the holidays we packed up and went to St. George. We really lucked out because Danny & Emily Kooyman were there, her sister and her family, and Tif/Coby and her family were there, too! I guess St. George was just the place to be :-)

Lunch @ Pirate Island Pizza
The boys went to play golf and so the girls decided to take the kids to Pirate Island Pizza, and we got to see Tiffany and her boys, too.

Golfing Buddies
And of course, Jared took his newest little golfing buddy out one day to hit some balls. I've never seen such a cute pair! Jordan couldn't wait to play and he felt like one special kid that day.

And I took my other two boys on a long walk in the meantime.... it was a beautiful day.

And here's some other post-holiday happenings:
Dinner w/ the Henrys
We always exchange gifts with our very good friends, the Henry's. Right after the holidays we had Mike, Lisa, and their kids over for dinner and we had Christmas all over again.

Swimming at the Treehouse
Jordan's friend, Maura, joined us for some swim time at the gym:

Family Night Out
Dinner in Park City at our favorite pizza place:

And that's that; I really can't believe it's already 2010!

I love the picture of your boys on the slide and the one with Jordan and Jared in the golf cart. What a sweet and busy little family you have. Miss you guys! Maybe we'll get to see each other in 2010. :)

It looks like you guys finished up your holidays with a bang! Our new year's resolution is to put your gifts in the mail :) We've just been so super busy, but hopefully the post office will fit into our schedule tomorrow. Sorry!
