Trip to the Sand Dunes

We took the family down to the Sand Dunes and this is really a piece of Heaven on Earth. Some of my favorite memories have been right here, watching our kids roll around in the dirt, play with their tonka trucks, roast marshmallows by the campfire... there's just no place like the sand dunes!
This year Jared's family met us up there and the kids had so much fun playing and riding around all over the place until they just couldn't stand up straight. As always, it was fun and I can't wait 'till we can do it again. Here's some pictures of our trip:

And Cayden had to take a ride in the ambulance and spend a few hours in the hospital all because of an itsty-bitsy little bee sting. I had no idea that Cayden was allergic to bees, and we found out when he got stung on the hand and a few minutes later 1/2 his face started to swell up. Poor baby!
