Congrats to Amy & Greg!!! / Easter Weekend

This is long overdue, but I wanted to congratulate my beautiful little sister, Amy and her fiancé Greg (they're getting married in June!!!) I'm so grateful that they were able to drive all the way up for from AZ and spend Easter weekend with us. We all loved Greg and I'm so happy that Amy found such a neat guy. Greg's an electrical engineer and Amy is a mechanical engineering major, so between the two I'd say they're going to have some pretty smart kids! I'm so proud of my little sis and I just can't get over how much she's grown up; she's such a sweetheart and I just love her. Congrats to Amy & Greg!

We got to watch conference at home, go to the movies, etc. etc. and we just had so much fun hanging out. It was a fun weekend and I'm so glad we were about to meet Greg.

Easter Morning
I usually wake up early Easter morning and make breakfast but we stayed up late the night before, so I woke up to the sound of little feet running downstairs and unwrapping candy. BTW: is it just me or has anyone ever wondered how this holiday evolved from celebrating Christ to this idea of a giant Easter Bunny who hides eggs filled with candy; I just don't see the correlation. Just a thought...
But in any event, we all love Easter!

Easter Egg Hunt Part II

All that fun and easter egg hunting ... just needed to stop for a quick rest.

Spring Weather
I want to tell Mother Nature to stop flirting with all of us and let this warm weather stay a while! It's been so nice to have some warm sunshine on our skin and I'm so happy that I can send the boys out to play, and play, and play. I don't even care that they drag in piles of sand every time the walk inside the house. I'm just happy that they can run outside, hop on their skooters, jump on the tramp, play in the sand, etc. etc. and just get their wiggles out.

And here's a few shots of Jordan and his cute friends; we're always happy to have friends come over and play!

And I had a great day yesterday, Austin went all day without a diaper! We're SO close!
